This Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and supported. Our mission is to ensure a smooth, transparent experience that complies with industry standards and Stripe’s terms of service.


2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Notion templates
  • Google Sheets tools
  • Digital bundles (PDF, ZIP, or download links)
  • Online toolkits, business playbooks, and growth systems

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An on-screen confirmation
  • An email receipt
  • A secure download link or access instructions via email

If your product has not been delivered within 15 minutes, please contact us immediately at:

3. Order Confirmation

After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Product details
  • Payment summary
  • Download link(s) or access instructions

If you do not see the email, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify that the email used during checkout is correct
  • Contact our support team if needed

4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases where delivery fails (email provider issues, system delay, etc.), we will:

  1. Resend your product manually within 12 hours
  2. If delivery issues continue, provide an alternative secure method, such as:
    • Direct file delivery (ZIP/PDF/Notion share link)
    • Temporary private access link

We guarantee that you will receive what you purchased.


5. Refund Eligibility

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we maintain a controlled refund process.

Refunds are only granted if:

  • You did not receive the product within 24 hours of purchase (after contacting support)
  • The product is proven to be defective or incomplete
  • A duplicate order was made by mistake

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with tools/platforms not listed in the product description
  • Claims made after significant access, use, or download of the material
